On Saturday November 3rd, straight after practice, Carderock Springs Elementary school will be raising funds for the Cheetahs at their second annual Carderock Community Cares Walk for Autism. Designed to coincide with the Walk on the National Mall, this low-key walk brings together students from the Autism program at the school (several of whom are baby Cheetahs) and their families, Best Buddies from the school and members of the whole community who join to show awareness for Autism. Funds will be raised with a bake sale, coffee and hot chocolate so come hungry. We'd love to have a whole pack of Cheetahs come wearing their jerseys and show the community how great we all are. The walk will start at 9, mingling at 8.30.  Special thanks to Cheetah Moms Liz Burdick and Anne Tucker for making this happen!
